Avocado Toast with a Twist


1 avocado- not to ripe

2 thick cut slices of sour dough bread from round loaf bread

¼ cup olive oil or basil oil

½ teaspoon Flake Salt

2-3 radishes to garnish or 1 sliced watermelon radish


  1. Slice 2 thick slices of sour dough bread from round loaf

  2. Toast or grill slices of bread

  3. Drizzle ½ olive oil on bread

  4. Slice open and take pit out of avocado

  5. Thinly slice avocado length wise and use a spoon to remove

  6. the avocado from skin

  7. Put ½ of the avocado on each slice of bread and fan out

  8. Sprinkle Everything Bagel Spice Mix on top of avocado

  9. Sprinkle Flake Salt on top of avocado

  10. Drizzle remainder of olive oil on top of avocado

  11. Clean and slice radishes for garnish

Notes: Dress up your avocado toast however you want. Add a poached egg on top and fresh chopped herbs. Add chickpeas with herbs and lemon for vegan protein. Add your favorite cheese and spicy hot sauce. Be creative and let your avocado toast be what you want it to be. Happy cooking! Wind SSQ
