Ingredients
2 cups Greek yogurt
3 Tablespoon tahini
Juice of 1 whole lemon
1 clove of garlic
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon sumac
Directions
Grate garlic into tahini
Juice lemon and add to tahini
Add olive oil to tahini
Gently stir tahini mixture making sure to not over mix
Add tahini mixture to the yogurt and gently fold in until it is completely incorporated
Add salt and pepper and gently combine
Sprinkle sumac and drizzle olive oil on top
Note: I serve this dip with our Zatar dishes, kabobs, or as a side with pita.
It is great with grilled veggies or a roasted cauliflower dish. You can leave out the yogurt and just make a tahini sauce or use your favorite alternative yogurt to make this vegan.
