Smoked Cherry Wood Salt

Our Smoked Cherry Wood Salt is smoked over an open cherry wood fire in mesh cilanders. The salt obsorbs the flavor and color of the smoke and wood. It is a very natural process, unlike other salts that are made with liquid smoke. This salt is great for all types of meats. I like to add it to pea or bean soups instead of bacon or ham.
