COOKING CLASSES ARE HERE!

Our new Sonoma Spice Queen Cooking Class Series is here and starts

this month.  We are happy to announce that we have gourmet spice forward cooking classes! Sign up today on this website. The classes are here in Petaluma at Sonoma Family Meal 1370 Redwood Way Suite A Petaluma, Ca 94954


We will have all sorts of classes that teach you the art of cooking with spices and simple ingredients. We will use local organic food items as much as possible that will nurture the body and sustain the enviornment. Vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters, and GF diets included. I am super allergic to seafood so we will not be teaching classes with these ingredient.

Indian Cooking Class

Thur:day February 29th

5:30-7:30


Celebrate the bold tastes of India in this authentic Indian cooking class. We will learn how to cook at least 2 vegetarian and one chicken Indian dishes as well as Indian dipping sauces such as raita and mint sauce. This class is for vegetarians, vegans, and meat eaters. You will take home recipes and spices.





Soups and Stews Cooking Class

Thursday March 28th

5:30-7:30

Get warm and toasty with our soups and stews class. You will learn how to make 2 vegetarian soups or stews as well as one meat based soup or stew. This class is good for vegetarians, vegans, or meat eaters. You will take home recipes and spices.






Spring Is In The Air!

Thursday April 4/25/2024

Come celebrate Spring with our fun and flavorful cooking class! We will create dishes that you can eat outside on a picnic or for a lovely indoor brunch. We will make curry chicken salad, Spring vegetale frittata with Fines Herbs, roasted beet hummus and my favorite chai olive oil and orange cake.








Chili Chili and Salad

Thursday

May 30th 5:30-7:30

Celebrate the tastes of the Southwest with this chili and Southwestern salad cooking class. We will create a veggie white bean chili as well as a meat based  red chili made with  beans and meat . We will also make one of my favorite Southwesstern salads. This class is good for vegetarians, vegans, and meat eaters. You will take home recipes and spices.
